Construction of Road Transportation Capacity of Heavy Equipment in Theater Under New System

为提升战区方向重装备公路运输保障能力,在系统分析重装备公路运输保障的地位和作用基础上,针对战区内重装备运输能力建设发展现状和存在的问题,对标新体制下战区重装备公路运输能力建设需求,从构建战区力量一体化的重装备运力使用机制、大抓重装运输车驾驶员培训、加快军民融合步伐、发展多样化的重装运输装备等4个方面,提出加强重装备运输能力建设的对策与建议。

In order to enhance the support capacity of heavy equipment road transportation in theater,this paper firstly analyzes the status and role of heavy equipment road transportation support.Then,it analyzes the development status and existing problems of heavy equipment transportation capacity construction in theater.Finally,according to the requirements for the construction of heavy equipment road transportation capacity in theater under the new system,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of heavy equipment transportation capacity from following four aspects:constructing the use mechanism of heavy equipment transportation capacity of theater power integration,focusing on the training of heavy equipment drivers,accelerating the pace of civil-military integration,and developing diversified heavy equipment.
