On Comprehensive Management of War Readiness Materials

为完善我军战备物资建设内容,探究高效存储、精准保障的战备物资管理理论,分别从美军和我军的角度,从运作理论、法律法规建设、储备方式、物资分类、轮换更新等方面对战备物资综合管理研究进行综述,并提出对我军的启示,指出下一步继续深化战备物资建设和管理的研究方向。

In order to improve the construction content of war readiness material in our army,and explores the management theory of war readiness material with efficient storage and precise support,this paper firstly summarizes the research on comprehensive management of war readiness materials from the perspectives of US army and our army,including operation theory,construction of laws and regulations,reserve mode,material classification,and rotation and updating.Then,it puts forward some enlightenment for further deepening the construction and management of war readiness materials.
