Thoughts on Strengthening Combat-oriented Training of Army Automobile Drivers

为积极适应全军大抓实战化训练的形势,加快提高陆军部队汽车驾驶员队伍素质,针对部队调整改革后汽车驾驶员编配新特点,通过研读新大纲和总结驾驶员训练实践,解读汽车驾驶员实战化训练的概念和重要意义,分析汽车驾驶员实战化训练特点及需求,提出构建实战化训练内容体系和推进实战化训练的对策与建议。

In order to actively adapt to the situation of the whole army focusing on combat-oriented training,and improve the quality of army automobile drivers,in view of the new characteristics of the allocation of automobile drivers after the adjustment and reform of the army,this paper firstly studies the new outline and summarizes the driver training practice.Then,it interprets the concept and significance of the combat-oriented training of automobile drivers,and analyzes the characteristics and requirements of the combat-oriented training of automobile drivers.Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of constructing the content system of combat-oriented training and promoting the combat-oriented training.
