基于集对分析的军校学员任职能力评估

摘要 针对军校学员任职能力评估过程中的不确定性问题,提出利用集对分析法对学员任职能力评估过程中的定性问题进行可行性分析;利用层次分析法确定指标权重,增强可操作性和实用性。通过集对分析构建指标关联度表达式,将定性的不确定问题量化为确定性问题,并建立起基于集对分析的学员任职能力评估体系,为军队院校提高学员任职能力提供借鉴。 In view of the uncertainty in the evaluation process of cadets’post competence,this paper firstly puts forward the feasibility analysis of qualitative problems in the evaluation process of cadets’post competence by using set pair analysis method.Then,it determines the index weight by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),so as to enhance the operability and practicability.Finally,through set pair analysis,it constructs the expression of index correlation degree to solve the problem that the qualitative index is reflected into the quantitative index,and establishes the evaluation of cadets’post competence based on set pair analysis,which can provide reference for military academies to improve their post competence.
