摘要
针对应急装备建设中供应商评价难以量化、选择主观性较强等问题,将层次分析法与模糊综合评价相结合,建立模糊层次综合评价模型;采用对数最小二乘法求解各层次指标的权重,利用模糊关系矩阵确定各方案的属性值,最终归并获得对供应商的综合评价结果。该方法略去判断矩阵的多次一致性检验,所求得的运算式规范、简便,可为应急装备建设科学评价选择供应商提供理论支持。
In order to solve the difficulties of quantifying the supplier evaluation and selecting subjectivity in the construction of emergency equipment,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is firstly established by combining analytic hierarchy process(AHP)with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE).Then,the logarithmic least square method is used to solve the weight of each level index,and the attribute value of each scheme is determined by using fuzzy relation matrix.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation results of suppliers are obtained.This method omits multiple consistency tests of judgment matrix,and the formula obtained is standard and simple,which can provide theoretical support for scientific evaluation and selection of suppliers for emergency equipment construction.
