摘要
为全面提升汽车士官人才培养质量,使学员的理论知识、实践技能、岗位任职能力在学习和实践中实现融会贯通,在界定一体化教学模式内涵的基础上,分析汽车士官实施一体化教学模式的地位与作用,从教学内容、教学方法、教材体系、教学环节、考核办法、教学条件等6个方面,构建汽车士官"教、学、练、战"一体化教学模式。
In order to comprehensively improve the quality of personnel training for automobile NCO and make the students’theoretical knowledge,practical skills,post ability realize the integration in learning and practice,this paper firstly defines the connotation of the integrated teaching mode.Then,it analyzes the status and role of implementing the integrated teaching mode for automobile NCO.Finally,it constructs the integrated teaching mode of"teaching,learning,training and fighting"from six aspects of teaching content,teaching methods,teaching material system,teaching links,assessment methods,and teaching conditions.
