摘要
为解决军事交通人才培养中存在的与部队需求脱节、数字化思维培养不够等问题,对接部队岗位需求,提出"大军交观"下跨学科整合教育模式,将科学、技术、工程和数学思维培养模块与军政素质培养模块融合(BPSTEMX),在教学中强化跨学科整合;采用CDIO教学模式,以军事交通实际项目为牵引,构思一体化课程计划,进行一体化教学设计,创设以学为主的课堂。
In order to solve the problems existing in the training of military transportation personnel,such as disconnection with the needs of the army,and inadequate training of digital thinking in teaching,and to meet the needs of posts,the interdisciplinary integrated education mode under the concept of holistic military transportation was proposed.In this education mode,it integrates the training module STEM of science,technology,engineering and mathematics with the training module(X)of military and political quality,and strengthens the interdisciplinary integration in teaching;In view of this key problem in curriculum education,it adopts CDIO teaching mode,takes the actual military traffic project as the traction,conceives the integrated curriculum plan,carries out the integrated teaching design,and creates a learning-oriented classroom.
