摘要
为有效控制军需物资库存成本、降低后勤保障成本、提高物资供应效率,运用系统动力学方法对军需物资库存成本控制问题进行分析研究,构建军需物资库存成本控制仿真模型,在需求函数确定的情况下验证模型的可行性,并基于模型提出3种库存优化控制策略。通过仿真分析,得出适当增加末端节点初始库存量的策略,可有效提高军需物资保障的经济效益,为军需物资库存与成本控制提供参考和借鉴。
Absrtact:In order to effectively control the cost of military materials inventory,reduce the cost of logistics support,and improve the efficiency of material supply,this paper firstly studies and analyzes the inventory cost control problem of military materials by using system dynamics method.Then,it constructs a simulation model for the cost control of military material inventory,and verifies the feasibility of the model when the demand function is determined.Finally,it proposes three inventory optimization control strategies based on the model.Through the simulation analysis,the strategy of increasing the initial inventory of terminal nodes can effectively improve the economic benefits of military materials support,and provide reference for military materials inventory and cost control.
