摘要
为提高新时代陆军装备维修器材战储能力,分析当前陆军战储装备维修器材供应特点,针对陆军装备维修器材战储工作存在的问题,从更新理念、健全规章、优化布局、调整模式、创新机制等5个方面,提出加强新形势下陆军装备维修器材战储工作的建议。
In order to improve the readiness storage capacity of army equipment maintenance materials in the new era,the paper firstly analyzes the supply characteristics of army equipment maintenance materials at present.Then,aiming at the problems existing in the war storage work of army equipment maintenance materials,it puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the readiness storage work of army equipment maintenance materials under the new situation from following five aspects:updating the concept,perfecting the rules and regulations,optimizing the layout,adjusting the mode,and innovating the mechanism.
