摘要
为提高陆军装备维修器材军民融合配送保障效能,以平均配送保障时间最短为目标函数,以地方配送服务点为配送起点,构建基于整数规划的陆军装备维修器材二级配送网络模型;应用改进离散差分进化算法进行求解,并验证该网络模型的可行性和适用性。为军民融合配送网络体系建设提供参考和支撑。
In order to improve the efficiency of civil-military integrated distribution support of army equipment maintenance equipment, a two-level distribution network model of army equipment maintenance equipment based on integer programming is constructed with the shortest average distribution support time as the objective function and the local distribution service point as the distribution starting point. The feasibility and applicability of the network model are solved and verified by applying the improved discrete differential evolution algorithm, which can provide reference and support for civil-military integrated distribution network system construction.
