On Training of Watercraft Troops According to New Syllabus

为提高陆军船艇部队军事训练效益,在新一代军事训练大纲颁布的背景下,通过新旧大纲的对照,梳理分析新一代船艇军事训练大纲的5个特征,剖析按新大纲实施训练面临的困难,并针对存在的问题,提出把握新大纲分层分类组织实施、突出新大纲整体训练协调整合、加强新大纲实战训练组织指导、强化新大纲实战标准落实见效等建议。

In order to improve the military training efficiency of watercraft troops,this paper studies the new and old syllabus while the new edition of military syllabus promulgated.It firstly analyzes the five features of the new military training syllabus for watercraft troops.Then,it systematically combs and analyzes the current difficulties of training according to the syllabus.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems from following aspects:grasping the implementation of the new syllabus,highlighting the coordination and integration of the overall training of the new syllabus,strengthening the organizational guidance of the the practical training of the new syllabus,and strengthening the implementation of the practical standards of the new syllabus.
