合成旅后装保障指挥机构编成模式探析

On Logistics Command Organization Mode of Synthetic Brigade

鉴于保障指挥机构编成模式对保障效率会产生很大的影响,结合新体制下陆军合成旅的编制情况,分别从力量编组、指挥关系、指挥流程和指挥时效等方面,对合成旅后装保障指挥可能的4种编成模式进行可行性分析,为部队进行指挥机构编成提供借鉴和参考。

In view of the great influence of logistics command organization mode on the support efficiency,according to the organization of army synthetic brigade under the new system,this paper analyzes the feasibility of four possible organization modes of logistics command from force formation,command relationship,command process and command effectiveness,so as to provide reference for the formation of command organization.
