军校课堂教学质量提升与师生互动

Improvement of Classroom Teaching Quality and Interaction Between Teachers and Students in Military Academy

摘要 为提升军校课堂教学质量,倡导师生互动教学,通过阐述师生互动的内涵、目的和意义,分析当前军校师生互动教学现状与存在的问题,从教员、学员、师生关系、教学环境、教学评估等方面,探讨影响军校师生互动教学的因素,并提出增强教员职业素养、浓厚民主氛围融洽师生关系、缩小班级规模、提供相关教学设备和建立合理考核评价体系等对策。 To improve the quality of classroom teaching in military academy,the interactive teaching between teachers and students is advocated.This paper firstly expounds the connotation,purpose and significance of the interaction between teachers and students.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the interactive teaching in military academy.Thirdly,it discusses the factors affecting the interactive teaching in military academy from the aspects of teachers,students,teacher-student relationship,teaching environment,and teaching evaluation,etc.Finally,it puts forward following countermeasures:enhancing the professional quality of teachers,establishing a democratic and harmonious relationship between teachers and students,reduce the class size,providing relevant teaching equipment,and establishing a reasonable assessment and evaluation system.
