Selection of Military Third-party Logistics Supplier Based on AHP Entropy Weight Method

为解决军队被装第三方物流供应商选择问题,分析被装物流保障特点,从服务、时间、费用、企业资质等4个方面建立被装第三方物流供应商评价指标体系。采用AHP-熵权法确定综合权重,并通过线性加权方法实现对不同物流供应商的综合排名;运用综合评价模型,进行实例分析,选择出合适的被装第三方物流供应商。可为被装第三方物流供应商选取提供参考。

In order to solve the problem of selecting military third-party logistics supplier,this paper firstly analyzes the characteristics of logistics support.Secondly,it establishes the evaluation index system of third-party logistics supplier from four aspects:service,time,cost,enterprise qualification.Thirdly,it determines the comprehensive weight with AHP entropy weight method,and realizes the comprehensive ranking of different logistics suppliers through linear weighting method.Finally,it selects the suitable third-party logistics supplier with the comprehensive evaluation model through the case analysis,which can provide a reference for the selection of third-party logistics suppliers.
