Capacity Building of Maritime Transportation Delivery in Sansha Area

为加快推进三沙地区军事斗争准备,着眼三沙地区海上运输投送需求,分析三沙地区海上运输投送现状、存在的问题及主要特点,围绕三沙地区海上运输投送能力提升,提出健全军民融合海上投送组织体系、建设适用管用的海上投送力量、构建形式多样的海上投送模式、形成完整配套的投送保障设施体系、加强投送战备建设等5个方面的对策与建议。

In order to speed up the preparation for the military struggle in Sansha area,this paper analyzes the current situation,existing problems and main characteristics of maritime transport delivery around the improvement of maritime transport delivery capacity in Sansha area,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from following five aspects:improving civil-military integrated organizational system of maritime delivery,building applicable and effective maritime delivery forces,building various forms of maritime delivery models,forming a complete set of support facilities system,and strengthening the construction of combat readiness.
