提升陆军全域作战投送能力是适应陆军由区域防卫型向全域作战型转型的战略要求。阐释陆军部队全域作战与全域作战投送的基本内涵,分析全域作战陆军部队投送具有速度快、距离远、规模大、方式活、军民融合深的突出特点与本质规律,剖析全域作战对陆军部队投送产生的影响与要求,以期为陆军部队全域作战投送提供理论指导。

In order to meet the strategic requirements of the army transformation from regional defense to global operation type,this paper firstly explains the basic connotation of global operation and global operation delivery of the army forces.Then,it analyzes the outstanding characteristics and essential laws of the global operation with fast speed,long distance,large scale,flexible mode and deep civil-military integration,and analyzes the impact and requirements of global operation on the delivery of the army forces,which can provide theoretical guidance for the global operation delivery of army forces.
