军用饮食供应站与我军野战饮食快餐化保障

Military Food Supply Station and Fast Food Support of Field Diet in Our Army

针对军用饮食供应站当前自身发展面临的诸多问题,以及我军野战饮食保障将逐渐转变为快餐化保障模式的转变,分析我军野战饮食保障需求与军供站饮食保障能力之间的矛盾,研究我军野战饮食保障需求与军供站饮食保障能力之间的结合点,提出优化军供站保障能力的对策与建议。指出军用饮食供应站应适应快餐化保障改革要求,实现机动保障、标准化供应、区域联保、全国联网,成为我军野战饮食保障的重要组成部分。

In view of many problems in current development of military food supply stations,as well as the gradual transformation of our military field food support into fast food support mode,this paper firstly analyzes the contradiction between field food support demand and military food support ability in our military.Then,it studies the combination point between field food support demand and military food support ability.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions to optimize military food support capacity.It is points out that military food supply stations should meet the requirements of fast food security reform,realize mobile security,standardized supply,regional joint security and national networking,and become an important part of field food security in our army.
