摘要
为满足海外保障基地运输投送需求,提高海外保障基地运输投送能力,在阐述海外保障基地运输投送现状与特点的基础上,分析海外保障基地运输投送存在的问题,从加强力量建设、健全工作机制、完善法规制度、探索保障模式、提升信息技术效能等5个方面,提出加强海外保障基地运输投送建设的建议。
In order to meet the transportation and projection needs and improve the transportation and projection capacity of overseas support bases,the paper firstly expounds the current situation and the characteristics of transportation and projection of overseas support base.Then,it analyzes the problem existing in transportation and projection of overseas support bases.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions on strengthening transportation and projection construction of overseas support bases from five aspects:strengthening strength construction,improving mechanism and system,perfecting laws and regulations,exploring support mode,and improving the efficiency of information technology.
