Modularization of Force Delivery Plan in Joint Operations

为提升兵力投送方案计划编制效率,针对当前联合作战兵力投送方案计划编制存在的问题,提出一种模块化编制新思路。系统分析模块化编制方法的优越性、可行性,按照确定各军种任务部队基本投送单元、明确编制的投送方案类型、构建兵力联合投送方案池、生成参战兵力联合投送方案、编制参战兵力联合投送计划等5个步骤,阐释模块化编制方案的基本思路及流程方法。

In order to effectively improve the efficiency of the planning of force delivery plan,this paper puts forward a new way of modularization in view of the problems existing in the planning of force delivery plan of current joint operations.It firstly analyzes the advantages and feasibility of modularization systematically.Then,it explains the basic idea and process method of modularization in five steps:deterring the basic delivery unit of each military task force,defining the type of delivery plan,building the pool of joint delivery plan,generating joint delivery plan of participating forces,and drawing up joint delivery plan of participating forces.
