摘要 为研究差速器的运动学特性与动力学特性,首先介绍锥齿轮差速器的结构和传动原理,然后利用SolidWorks三维建模软件建立锥齿轮差速器的实体模型,并将模型导入到Adams仿真软件中,实现差速器的动力学仿真。转速曲线的结果与理论相吻合,验证了联合仿真的可行性。受力曲线的结果说明了轮齿间的受力情况,为后续的有限元疲劳寿命预测提供基本依据。 To study the kinematic and dynamic characteristics of the differential,this paper firstly introduces the structure and transmission principle of the bevel gear differential.Then,it establishes the solid model of the bevel gear differential by using the SolidWorks 3 D modeling software.Finally,it imports the model into Adams simulation software to realize the dynamic simulation of the differential.The results of the speed curve are consistent with the theory,which verifies the feasibility of the joint simulation.The stress curve show the stress between the teeth,which provides the basic basis for the subsequent finite element fatigue life prediction.
