摘要
为科学制订军用车辆装备关键零部件的定期更换间隔期,以使用可用度、单位时间维修费用、可靠度为决策目标,建立定期更换间隔期单目标决策模型;以可靠度为约束,建立决策目标权重可变的多目标决策模型。提出基于蒙特卡洛模拟试验检验定时更换间隔期的方法,并以某型车辆装备制动软管为例,验证该方法的有效性。
In order to scientifically formulate the regular replacement strategy of key parts of military vehicle equipment,the paper firstly establishes a single objective decision-making model of regular replacement interval with the use availability,maintenance cost per unit time and reliability as the decision-making objectives.Then,it establishes a multi-objective decision-making model with variable decision-making objective weight with the reliability as the constraint.Finally,based on Monte Carlo simulation test,it proposes a method to check the interval of timing replacement,and takes a vehicle equipped with brake hose as an example to verify the effectiveness of this method.
