Problems Existing in Equipment Support Site of Synthetic Forces and Their Countermeasures

为提高合成部队装备保障现场保障效能,依据装备保障现场标准要求,针对装备保障现场存在的问题,提出完善人才队伍建设体系、做好器材保障、加强保障现场设备与设施配套建设、推行保障现场目视管理、建立保障现场信息管理系统、完善保障现场激励机制等建议。

In order to improve the field support efficiency of equipment support in synthetic forces,according to the requirements of equipment support site standard and in view of the problems existing in the field of equipment support,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as perfecting the personnel team construction system,completing the material support,strengthening the construction of equipment and facilities in the field of support,implementing visual management of the support site,establishing the information management system of the support site,and improving the incentive mechanism of the support site,etc.
