陆军报废车辆装备回收处置模式优选

摘要 为做好陆军报废车辆处置工作,结合陆军报废车辆处置工作实际,提出3类比较适合现状的处置模式。运用灰色DEMATEL理论和模糊VIKOR算法,建立一套新的选择最佳模式的标准体系。首先计算回收处置工作中9个重要权重大小;然后对3类回收处置模式进行评估;最后通过对实验结果的分析和灵敏度校验,得出目前最适合陆军报废车辆装备的回收处置模式,可作为基于生产者延伸责任的生产制造商联盟回收处置模式。 In order to well handling the disposal of abandoned vehicles in the army,the paper puts forward three disposal modes suitable for the current situation according to the actual disposal of abandoned vehicles in the army.It establishes a new standard system for selecting the best mode with grey DEMATEL theory and fuzzy VIKOR algorithm.Firstly,it calculates nine important weights in the recycling and disposal work.Then,it evaluates three kinds of recycling and disposal modes.Finally,it obtains the most suitable model for the military scrap vehicle equipment recycling and disposal through the analysis of the experimental results and sensitivity checking,which can be used as the recycling and disposal mode of the alliance of manufacturers based on extended producer responsibility.
