Potential Problems Analysis in Railway Delivery of Organic Units in Information Warfare

为有效提升信息化条件下建制部队铁路投送实战化能力,基于保障建制部队跨区实战化训练铁路投送实践经验,着眼信息化战争特点和对铁路投送的特殊要求,从铁路运行调度指挥、铁路车辆保障、战场投送环境条件等3个方面系统分析潜在的问题,为我军下一步针对性开展投送准备工作提供参考。

In order to effectively enhance the operational capability of railway delievery of organic units under the condition of informationization,considering the practical experience of ensuring cross-regional operational training of organic units,the paper firstly discusses the characteristics of informationized warfare and the special requirements.Then,it analyzes the potential problems from three aspects:railway operation dispatching command,railway vehicle support,and battlefield delivery environment,which can provide reference for delivery preparation work in our army.
