黏土水泥浆在高黎贡山隧道深竖井施工中的应用

Application of Clay Cement Slurry in Construction of Deep Shaft of Gaoligongshan Tunnel

为解决隧道竖井修建过程中井筒范围内地层存在层数较多、较厚含水层而可能出现的突水风险,对黏土水泥浆液组成及特点,黏土水泥浆的浆液生产工艺、注浆设备、注浆压力、浆液扩散半径、注浆量、浆液浓度等具体参数进行研究,并将黏土水泥浆应用于高黎贡山隧道二号竖井地表深孔注浆,取得了较好的注浆效果。

During tunnel shaft construction,the multiple layers of strata and thick aquifer in shaft would cause water inrush.As a result,study is conducted on components,characteristics,processing technology,grouting equipment,diffusion radius,grouting volume,and concentration of clay cement slurry.Finally,the slurry is applied to ground deep hole grouting of shaft No.2 of Gaoligongshan tunnel,and good effect has been achieved.
