摘要 针对复杂多变地质环境,为可高效可靠地开展掘进机刀盘刀具选型设计及掘进参数精准选择,研究不同地质环境、不同掘进参数条件下多掘进机破岩机制物理试验特点,结合隧道掘进机现场工作特点,设计一种隧道掘进机螺旋推进式破岩伺服试验机。通过分析室内开展隧道掘进机破岩试验的重难点与试验机的通用性、宽泛性,重点针对试验机框架结构、刀盘结构和刀具安装装置等,采用有限元对其可靠性进行仿真计算,确定关键结构件设计参数,确保试验机工作稳定性、结构可靠性,实现试验机的研制。 In order to carry out reliable,efficient and accurate selection of cutter and cutterhead selection design and tunneling parameter of tunneling boring machine in complex geological conditions,the physical experiment characteristics of rock breaking mechanism under different geological conditions and driving parameters are studied.A spiral-propelled rock-breaking servo testing machine for tunnel boring machine is designed based on field working characteristics of tunnel boring machine.And then the key and difficult points of carrying out the rock breaking test of the tunnel boring machine in the laboratory and the generality and breadth of the testing machine are analyzed,the finite element method is used to simulate the reliability of the testing machine frame structure,cutterhead structure and cutter installation device,and the design parameters of key structural parts are determined,which can ensure the working stability and structural reliability of the testing machine,and realize the development of the testing machine.
