机械复合管衬层塌陷失效分析及对策研究 被引量:5

摘要 在对机械复合管衬层塌陷问题分析基础上,以某典型酸性工况环境为例,对地面集输管线用典型管材适用性、冶金复合管制造工艺可靠性和防腐措施综合成本进行了深入对比分析,探讨了复合板(卷)成型焊接法制N08825冶金复合管应用的可行性。结果表明,运行过程中机械复合管容易发生衬层塌陷,使用冶金复合管可以作为替代解决措施;全生命周期内复合板(卷)成型焊接法制N08825冶金复合管是一种相对经济技术优越的防腐措施,能够满足高酸性气田集输管材应用需求。 In this paper, liner collapse of bimetallic lined pipes was analyzed firstly. Then taking typical sour environment as an example, the applicability of conventional gathering and transporting pipes, the reliability of manufacturing process and the cost of anti-corrosion measures were comprehensively compared, and fit for purpose analysis on welded clad pipes made of N08825 cladding plates were discussed. The results showed that liner collapse about bimetallic lined pipes was easy to take place during the operation stage, and bimetallic clad pipes could be used as an alternative solution. Further analysis shows that welded clad pipes made of N08825 cladding plates had greater advantages in economics and technology in the whole lifecycle and meet the application requirements in highly sour gas fields.
