油气管道非开挖定向穿越中的钻杆失效研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着油气输送管道建设中非开挖定向穿越的管径越来越大,穿越长度越来越长,钻杆受力工况越苟刻,钻杆失效事件时有发生,导致了包括西气东输二线在内的一些重点管道工程中的非开挖定向穿越施工的首穿受挫。本文阐述了非开挖定向穿越施工中的钻井工艺特点,分析了非开挖定向穿越工程与石油钻井工程中钻杆受力工况的区别,归纳和整理了非开挖定向穿越施工中的钻杆失效模式和表现形式,并对钻杆管体断裂、弯曲塑性变形、内螺纹接头胀扣和接头摩擦磨损塑性变形4种典型的非开挖定向穿越中的具体失效案例进行了失效原因分析,在结论中从钻杆受力工况、现场施工操作、产品质量性能等方面提出了预防措施和建议,为非开挖定向穿越施工的钻杆安全提供了技术支持。 Nowadays in non-open-cut directional drilling, pipe diameter is getting bigger and bigger and crossing length is getting longer and longer. Due to high torque, high tension and high resistance for compression, drill pipe failure accidents happened frequently in the non-open-cut directional drilling projects, including the Second West-to-East Gas Pipeline Project. In the dissertation, statistical data analysis of drill pipe failure in non-open-cut directional drilling is carried out and drill pipe failure modes and failure causes are concluded. Therefore, some actual cases are analyzed, including fracture of pipe body, bending deformation of pipe body, swell deformation of tool joint and wearing deformation of tool joint. So, some suggests and prevent measures on practices of oilfield, quality of property, and service condition be put forward to support the safety of drill pipe.
