摘要
针对某核电站长轴泵的导轴承和轴套发生异常磨损的情况,通过宏观形貌观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度测试、和表面缺陷分析等试验,得出结果:轴套表面的热喷涂层的质量不佳,WC基陶瓷涂层表面开裂,最终沿不锈钢热喷涂中间层界面脱离,陶瓷颗粒在导轴承和轴套中间形成磨粒磨损。
The guide bearing of vertical deep-well pump in nuclear power plant was wear failure. The failure reason of guide bearing was analyzed through macro and micro observation, metallurgical structure examination and hardness testing by using inspection equipment. The results show that peeling off of WC-Co-Cr coating results in abrasive wear of the guide bearing.
