失效分析标准化探讨

摘要 通过对国内外失效分析标准的现状进行概况和分析,指出目前国内失效分析标准存在的问题。从丰富标准的层次性、实现失效分析数据的标准化、强化标准对行业的规范作用、提升标准的指导性和鼓励个人的创造性等方面对失效分析标准的原则和发展方向进行了讨论。随着经济和科技的快速发展,失效分析行业在大数据、人工智能时代迎来了难得的发展机遇,同时失效分析标准化面临着诸多的困难挑战,应动员全行业的力量,通过广泛的调研和深入的研究,制订符合行业发展特点的失效分析标准体系。 Based on the general situation of domestic and overseas failure analysis standards, the existing problems of domestic failure analysis standards were pointed out. The principles and development directions of failure analysis standards were discussed in terms of enriching the hierarchy of standards, standardizing failure analysis data, strengthening the standardization role of standards in industry, improving the guidance of standards and encouraging individual creativity. In the era of rapid economic development, big data and artificial intelligence, failure analysis industry has met with rare opportunities for development. At the same time, failure analysis standardization is facing many difficulties and challenges. We should mobilize the strength of the whole industry, through extensive research and in-depth research, to formulate a standard system that conforms to the characteristics of failure analysis development.
