摘要
本文通过对近三年实验室检测中遇到的紧固件类失效分析进行归类,并对最常见的疲劳失效情况进行总结,列举了两个典型分析案例,通过金相显微镜,扫描电子显微镜观察断口宏、微观形貌,并对力学性能进行分析。
This paper classifies the failure analysis of fasteners encountered in laboratory testing in the past three years, and summarizes the most common fatigue failure scenarios. Two typical analysis cases are listed, through a metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope. Observe the macro and microscopic morphology of the fracture and analyze the mechanical properties.
