摘要
民用飞机失效方式和作用评价(FMEE)工作,对于开展民机安全性、可靠性评估工作,具有极为重要的地位和意义。本文以工程应用的角度,采用系统性研究方法,对民用飞机的机载设备、系统和飞机FMEE工作进行了分析研究,发现对于机载设备可以采用硬件FMEE方法,分析设备的失效方式、失效率、飞行阶段、失效安全性影响、失效运营可靠性影响、探测方法和对高一层级的影响,对民用飞机的安全性、运营可靠性设计验证工作提供必需的支撑;对于系统和飞机的FMEE工作,较为有效的方法是从功能入手,开展类似的功能FMEE工作。本文对于民用飞机的可靠性设计保证技术发展,具有一定的促进作用。
Failure Mode and Effect Evaluation(FMEE) of Civil Aircraft have important position means for developing safety and reliability evaluation work. This paper use engineer application kind of point of view, adopt systematicness investigate method to analysis and researching the FMEE work of civil aircraft onboard equipment, system and aircraft, we find that the hardware FMEE method can be applied to onboard equipment to analyze the failure mode, failure rate, flight phase, failure effect on safety, failure effect on operational reliability, detect method and effect on higher level, the hardware FMEE method can provide necessary supporting for civil aircraft safety and operational reliability design and verification work;For system and aircraft level FMEE work, the effectively method is to perform the work which is similar to functional FMEE according to the system and aircraft function.
