电解抛光技术在现场金相检测中的应用探索 被引量:2

Application of electrolysis polishing technology in on-site metallographic inspection

摘要 现场金相中机械抛光耗时长,工作强度大且制样效果不理想的情况。电解抛光腐蚀是一种相对于机械抛光和化学腐蚀的更加便捷和高效的方式,而且特别适合于不易于机械抛光的强度低、塑性大的单相合金。作者根据现场情况以及电解抛光的特性,选取不锈钢06Cr19Ni10、高温镍基合金00Cr30Ni60Fe10、不锈钢焊缝EQ308L、镍基合金焊缝EQNiCrFe-7A,并进行现场金相电解抛光和腐蚀的测试。经过总结:1.电解抛光具有操作简单、耗时少、可极大地提高现场金相制样的效率;2.电解抛光不适用于化学成分不均匀、显微偏析严重的金属及观察非金属夹杂物检验3.由于现场金相工作条件差、危险性大,对于电解抛光试剂的选择存在很大局限性;4.电解抛光在现场金相中的运用存在很多的问题,有待不断改进、完善和发展,以满足日益发展的需要。 The mechanical polishing in On-site Metallographic Inspection takes a long time, the work intensity is high, and the sample preparation effect is not ideal. Electrolysis Polishing & Corrosion is a more convenient and efficient method than mechanical polishing and chemical etching. It is especially suitable for single phase alloy with low strength and large plasticity, which is not easy to machine polishing. The author selected stainless steel 06Cr19Ni10, high-temperature nickel-based alloy 00Cr30Ni60Fe10, stainless steel weldment EQ308L and nickel-base alloy weldment EQNiCrFe-7A were tested. The results show that: 1. Electrolysis Polishing has the advantages of simple operation, less time consumption, and can greatly improve the efficiency of on-site metallographic sample preparation;2. Electrolytic polishing is not applicable to metals with nonuniform chemical composition, serious micro-segregation, and observation of inclusions;3. Due to poor metallographic working conditions at the site and high risk, the selection of electrolytic polishing reagents has great limitations. 4. There are many problems in the use of electropolishing in the field metallurgy, and it needs continuous improvement, improvement and development. To meet the growing needs of development.
