某滨海EPR项目核岛HVAC丧失分析及措施

摘要 HVAC不可用将导致1列或2列的电气和仪控设备因房间温度失控快速失效,蓄电池模式下供电设备也将丧失功能,突破FSAR中事故分析边界。本文以安全厂房电气间通风系统DVL为代表,从DBC叠加LOOP、PM、SF等42种工况中选取了5种同类分析结果的代表工况对HVAC丧失进行分析论证,以及DEC-A工况下HVAC丧失进行分析论证,并明确相关措施以确保房间温度控制在允许范围内,保证DBC事件以及DEC-A事件管理所需的安全设备正常运行,进而确保FSAR事故分析边界依然成立。 Loss of HVAC can induce quickly one or two lines electrical and I&C equipments failure, even equipments supplied by 2 h battery lost,which can break boundary of FSAR accident analysis. Take DVL system as the representative, considering LOOP, SF, and PM shall be cumulated with DBC,5 categories were concluded from 42 conditions. 5 categories and loss of HVAC in DEC-A condition were analyzed, then made related measures to ensure the required room temperature. It ensures that the safety equipments can still normally work during DBC or DEC-A, FSAR accident analysis boundary is still valid.
