阶层地位的本质是一种具有"地位特征"的"位置"资源,阶层地位变迁是结构与行动互动下"位置"资源的"分配-获取"过程。国家、市场、社会是阶层地位变迁的结构主体,分别从权力、竞争、关系的维度对"位置"资源分配发挥配置之力。个体是行动主体,受"经济人"和"社会人"驱动在"位置"资源获取中展开行动。所嵌入经济社会的制度性安排会对结构与行动产生影响,"分配"与"获取"呈现不同张力。受不同时期社会主要矛盾的制约,当代中国阶层地位变迁呈现不同的阶段特点。

The essence of stratum status is a kind of"location"resource with"status characteristics",and the change of stratum status is a process of"distribution and acquisition"of"location"resource under the interaction between structure and action.The state,market and society are the structural subjects of the change of stratum status,which play a role in the allocation of"location"resource from the dimensions of power,competition and relationship.The individual is the subject of action,which is driven by"economic man"and"social man"to act in the acquisition of"location"resource.The embedded economic and social institutional arrangements will have an impact on the structure and action,and there are different tensions between"distribution"and"acquisition".Restricted by the social principal contradictions in different periods,the changes of stratum status in contemporary China shows different stage characteristics.
