摘要
根据推进实景三维江苏建设的要求,探讨了基于多源异构数据的城市级实景三维建设技术方法。通过获取多源异构数据,构建了分区域多精度实景三维地理场景,采用物理单体化和逻辑单体化两种方式,对三维模型单体化与语义化构建方法进行了探索,在此基础上建设了面向应用需求的实景三维数据,对接实景三维江苏平台,使用平台数据结构和服务构建了三维显示场景,展示了多源异构实景三维数据,形成了可视化和可量化的仿真环境,为城市规划、决策支持、城市治理数字化和智能化提供支持。技术方法与成果可为后续城市级实景三维的建设提供借鉴和参考。
According to the requirements of promoting the 3D construction of real scene in Jiangsu province,this paper discusses the technology and method of construction based on multi-source heterogeneous data.By obtaining multi-source heterogeneous data,constructed sub-regional multi-precision three-dimensional geographical scene,explored the construction methods of 3D model monomerization and semantics by physical monomerization and logical monomerization.On this basis,the real-life three-dimensional data for application demand is constructed,and the three-dimensional Jiangsu platform is docked.The platform data structure and service are used to build a three-dimensional display scene,which shows multi-source heterogeneous three-dimensional data,and forms a visualized and quantifiable simulation environment,which can provide support for urban planning,decision-making,digitization,and smart city governance.The technical methods and achievements of this study offer valuable insights and references for future real scene 3D construction projects.
