基于空间马尔可夫链的SDG空间溢出效应分析

摘要 联合国可持续发展目标(Sustainable Development Goal,SDG)涵盖了社会、经济、环境3个方面。可持续发展存在着不均衡和溢出效应,分析SDG空间溢出效应是推进可持续发展的重要部分。使用空间马尔可夫链方法,以长三角为研究区域,探讨两个关键子目标SDG1.1和SDG9.5的空间溢出效应。结果表明:长三角各城市SDG存在空间溢出效应,这种SDG空间溢出效应在城市发展过程中发挥重要作用;城市间的空间溢出效应表现出一定的时间滞后性,城市未来可持续发展需要考虑邻域潜在的空间溢出影响,从而促进城市可持续发展。 The UN Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs)cover three aspects of social,economic and environmental.Sustainable development has disproportion and spillover effects,thus analyzing the spatial and temporal characteristics of SDGs spillover effects is an important part of promoting sustainable development.The paper uses spatial Markov chain to explore the spatial spillover effects of the two key SDG targets SDG1.1and SDG9.5,taking the Yangtze River Delta as the study area.The results show that there are spatial spillover effects among cities in the Yangtze River Delta,which play an important role in the process of urban development,and the spatial spillover effects between cities shows a certain time lag,so cities need to consider the potential spatial spillover effects of neighborhoods in the future sustainable development,in order to promoting their sustainable development.
