摘要
分析了现有房产测绘分层分户成果中户实体和户产权实体的区别与联系,针对现有房产测绘成果难以满足房屋实体精细化管理需要的问题,从地理场景学的认知描述出发,将房屋实体划分为自然幢、逻辑幢、层、单元、户、间和构件等7个粒度。为适应新形势下的房产测绘,结合中国城市化发展的实际情况,提出了通过基于施竣工图纸进行建筑单体三维建模的Holo Architecture平台如何有效地辅助BIM技术在中国落地,同时支撑多层次、多场景、多维度的房屋实体应用,助力数字城市和数字中国的建设。
The difference and relation between house entity and household entity in the existing estate surveying results are analyzed,and it is concluded that the existing surveying results cannot meet the needs of fine-grained management for building entity.Based on the cognitive description of geographic scenario,the building entity is divided into seven granularities:natural building,logical building,floor,unit,house,room and building component.In order to adapt to the estate surveying under the new situation,combining with the actual situation of China's urbanization development,it is proposed how Holo Architecture platform based on building 3Dmodeling according to construction drawings can effectively assist BIM technology to land in China,and support multi-level,multi-scenario and multi-dimensional building entity applications,helping to build digital city and digital China.
