基于“互联网+”的智慧测绘综合业务管理平台建设研究

Construction of Intelligent Surveying and Mapping Management Platform Based on the Latest Internet Technology

针对大部分城市勘测单位自身的信息化管理水平没有达到与之技术实力相匹配的水准,对测绘生产管理信息系统建设进行了深入思考,提出了基于"互联网+"的智慧测绘综合业务管理平台建设方案。该方案以信息化测绘生产业务流程为主线,根据流程信息与生产要素信息生成管理因子,并采用基于Activiti的业务流程管理技术、多级权限分离配置维护等关键技术建立了业务流程模型和相应平台。所搭建的平台提升了测绘管理的自动化、标准化和智能化水平,平台成果在常州市测绘院应用良好。

In view of informatization level of most survey enterprises can’t match with its technical strength,the paper puts forward the technical framework of the intelligent surveying and mapping management platform based on the latest internet technology.We focus on surveying and mapping process,generating management factors from the process information and production factors,and finally built business process model which based on Activiti BPM technology and multi-level privilege separation technology.The platform we built has been promoting the management of surveying and mapping,and have been well applied in Changzhou civil affairs bureau.
