摘要
根据应急测绘数据发布与应用需求,尤其是应急测绘中最为重要的倾斜摄影三维数据快速处理与应用需求,运用数据轻量化处理技术对发布数据进行优化处理,采用基于WebGL技术的轻量级3DGIS开源引擎,开发具备"多方共享、随时调用、直观易懂"特点的应急测绘数据快速发布平台,达到"快速获取、及时应用、信息共享"的建设目标。平台采用3DTiles数据标准,同时具备影像、人工模型、点云、倾斜三维模型等多类型数据的服务发布能力。系统服务器部署方式灵活,客户端免插件安装,能够客观、真实地反映应急任务地域内高精度三维地理场景,方便辅助应急救援人员快速了解应急任务区域情况,可极大提升应急救援任务执行精准度。
According to the requirements of emergency surveying and mapping data release and application,especially the most important fast processing and application requirements of oblique photography 3D data in emergency surveying and mapping,the data lightweight processing technology is used to optimize the released data,and the lightweight 3DGIS open source engine based on webgl technology is used to develop the emergency surveying and mapping data with the characteristics of"multi sharing,call at any time,intuitive and easy to understand"According to the rapid release platform,the construction goal of"rapid access,timely application and information sharing"has been achieved.The platform adopts 3DTiles data standard,and has the service publishing ability of image,artificial model,point cloud,tilt 3D model and other types of data.The system has flexible server deployment mode and no plug-in installation on the client,which can objectively and truly reflect the high-precision 3D Geographic scene in the emergency task area,facilitate the emergency rescue personnel to quickly understand the situation of the emergency task area,and greatly improve the accuracy of emergency rescue task execution.
