基于DOM的河道巡查与监管移动信息平台研制

Development of Mobile Information Platform for River Patrol and Supervision Based on DOM

河道巡查与监管工作中,存在着依赖纸质资料、获取岸线两侧现状困难等问题,导致信息查询与查看、问题记录与反馈不便等,这已经难以满足河道管理的实际需求。据此研制一套服务于河道巡查与监管工作的移动信息平台,利用电子地图SDK二次开发技术融合数字正射影像图(DOM),构建具有高现势性的底图,借助MySQL关系数据库来整合数据资源,实现多用户间的信息共享与协同。实践证明,本平台的实用性和针对性较好,能够提升工作效率,增强数据利用与问题处理的信息化和电子化水平,具有较好的应用推广前景。

In the area of river patrol and supervision,the problems,for example relying on paper data and obtaining the past situations about the both sides difficultly,cause that information query or view and problem record or feedback are inconvenient,which can not meet the actual demand of river management already.Therefore a mobile information platform is developed for it.Technique of electronic map SDK is used to amalgamate digital orthophoto map which can structure the resolution of basemap.Moreover information sharing and collaboration between multiuser are achieved by MySQL relation database,which is also used to integrate data resources.Practice has proved that the platform has better practicability and focalization,whch can improve work efficiency and enhance informatization and electronization level for utilizing data and handling the problem.Consequently it has a better prospect of application and popularization.
