摘要
不动产登记相关信息高效、安全的互通共享是不动产登记优化流程、压缩环节、精简材料,高水平推进"互联网+不动产登记",提升便民服务水平最关键的环节之一。以南京为例,从"数、云、管、端"四个方面,设计了网络分级分域的安全管理框架,研究应用了安全加密处理、多源信息融合、高效信息交换共享等关键技术,解决了房产交易与不动产登记在新时代互联网+背景下,多部门异构系统间信息高质量通讯、流程再造、数据安全共享、高效服务等技术难题,为构建高效、多样、便捷、安全、可靠的不动产登记共享与查询云平台进行了有益探索。
The high-efficiency and secure information sharing has been considered as a key section of process optimization,link compression,material simplification and proposing‘Internet plus based real estate registration’with improved customer service.From the aspects of‘Digit,cloud,manage and terminal’,this paper has designed the secure management framework for internet in different levels and domains by taking Nanjing City as the study case.Besides,the key technologies such as secure encryption,fusion of multi-source heterogeneous data as well as high-efficiency information exchange and sharing,are analyzed in current study.In the new era of internet plus,it is confirmed that the technical challenges of high-quality intersectoral information communication,process re-engineering,secure data sharing and high-efficiency service have been solved in the field of real estate transaction and registration.Additionally,it is also a meaningful exploration for the establishment of an efficient,diverse,convenient,secure and reliable cloud platform for sharing and querying the information of real estate registration.
