基于地理国情数据的常州市生态空间质量指数研究 被引量:2

摘要 选取江苏南部常州市为研究区,利用2016-2018年基础性地理国情监测数据,根据市级主体功能区规划,以常州市域及按主体功能区分组的镇(街道、开发区)为研究单元,分析常州市地表覆盖三类空间面积组成与变化,构建生态状况、生态压力等指标,综合各指标建立生态空间质量指数,进行精细化的生态空间质量评价,并针对主体功能区规划提出政策建议。研究表明:常州市农业空间在三类空间中占比最高,生态空间其次,建设空间最低;优化提升区域、适度发展区域、重点拓展区域、限制开发区域生态空间质量指数依次升高,与主体功能区定位较为一致,但内部结构仍有提升空间;未来各区应对照各自功能需求,明确发展方向,实施重点保护,推进形成人口、经济和资源环境相协调的国土空间开发格局。 This paper researches Changzhou City in the south of Jiangsu Province and utilizes Changzhou\s national geographic data of 2016-2018 from the perspective of Changzhou City and towns(streets and development zones)grouped by Development Priority Zones according to Changzhou’s Development Priority Zones Plan to precisely evaluate the quality of ecological space.It analyzes the composition and changes of the three types of Changzhou landcover and builds a number of indicators concerning ecological status and pressure,based on which establishes Ecological Quality Index,to evaluate the quality of ecological space.It puts forward policy recommendations for the Development Priority Zones planning in the end.The results show that agricultural space accounts for the highest proportion among the three types of space,followed by ecological space and construction space.The Ecological Quality Indexes rise in turn in the optimization and promotion area,moderate development area,key expansion area and restricted development area,which is consistent with their positioning of the Development Priority Zones,but the internal structure remains to be improved.In the future,each area should make clear the development direction and implement key protection based on their needs,and promote the formation of a land development pattern with coordination of population,economy,resources and environment.
