数字太仓地理信息公共服务平台设计与实现

Design and Realization of Digital Taicang Geographic Information Public Service Platform

针对城市管理和社会公共服务的科学化、精细化、智能化要求,结合数字太仓地理空间框架项目的建设,设计开发了数字太仓地理信息公共服务平台。该文以公众版数字太仓地理信息公共服务平台为例,重点介绍平台在Token加密、服务管理、运维监控等方面的功能、作用和意义。作为太仓市唯一的、权威的、通用的地理信息公共服务平台,该平台接入了近20个政府部门30余个应用系统,为各政府部门日常管理提供了决策辅助支撑,为部门资源共建共享提供了便利条件,为城市建设提供了科学、准确的地理信息服务,有效提升了城市和社会管理的精细化、智能化、社会化、专业化水平。

For the more scientific,precise and intelligent demand of city administration and public services,combined with the construction of the digital Taicang geospatial framework project,this paper designed and developed for Digital Taicang geographic information public service platform.Taking the public edition of digital Taicang geographic information public service platform as an Example,this paper introduced how the platform worked in Token encryption,service management and maintenance monitoring.As the only authoritative and universal geographic information public service platform in Taicang City,the platform has access to more than 30 application systems in nearly 20 government departments,providing decision support for the daily management of various government departments,providing convenient conditions for the joint construction and sharing of department resources,providing decision-making support for the daily management of various government departments,providing convenient conditions for co-construction and sharing of department resources,and providing scientific and accurate geographic information services for urban construction,effectively improving the level of refinement,intelligence,socialization and professionalization of urban and social management.
