摘要 无人机遥感技术具有实时性强、机动灵活、分辨率高的优点,非常适用于应急测绘保障。以海化集团溃坝应急中的无人机遥感技术应用为例,梳理分析了天气恶劣情况下无人机的应用保障方法、作业流程、航拍影像应用等。在获取了无人机影像后,以1∶10000数字正射影像为控制基础,30 min内处理得到分辨率为0.1 m、几何精度20 m以内的正射影像20 km^2,以此为基础分析溃坝发展的态势,为相应处理措施方案的制定提供有力支持。 The advantages of UAV(unmanned aerial vehicles)remote sensing technology are strong practicability,rapid flexibility,and high resolution.So it can be used in emergency surveying and mapping service.This paper presents the application of UAV remote sensing technology applied to the Dam Break Incident in Haihua.It analyzes the UAV application under bad weathers,including the service assurance,the workflow,application of obtained images.After obtaining the images,we use the orthophoto of the scale 1∶10000 as control,processed and obtained 20 km^2 ortho-image with resolution 0.1 m and geometry accuracy under 20 m.Based on the results,we analyze the development of the Dam Break Incident and support the treatment methods.
