The British government integrated all kinds of resources and established“The Renkioi Hospital”in Turkey due to the insufficient sanitary and medical conditions on the Crimean War battlefield in the mid-19th century. The hospital had experienced three stages:local manufacturing, field investigation, and battlefield construction. It was completed by professionals from different industries under the designed plan.It had the characteristics of a perfect personnel organization structure,a good public health environment, and proper living arrangements in the hospital. The rise of Renkioi Hospital was the result of the dual factors of British industrial base and institutional construction, which reflected the interaction between war and medical care.
