随着中资企业"走出去"步伐加快,越来越多的企业开始在海外发行债券。2019年,中资境外债发行规模创历史新高。本文对中资企业境外债市场进行深入分析,对商业银行参与企业境外发债面临的机遇与挑战进行探讨,并提出相关对策建议。
As Chinese companies go global,more and more companies are beginning to issue bonds overseas.In 2019,thescale of Chinese overseas bond issues hit a record high.This article conducts an indepth analysis of the overseas bonds issued by Chinese-funded enterprises and discusses the opportunities and challenges faced by commercial banks in their participation in offshore bond offers.It also makes policy suggestions.
