Challenges of Digital Economy and Possible Solutions:From Public Finance, Legal, and Public Administration Perspectives:A Summary of the 2nd China-Poland Frontier Forum on Finance and Taxation

"第二届中波财税前沿论坛(2019)"于2019年11月15日在上海立信会计金融学院松江校区举办。本届论坛的主题是"数字经济的挑战与应对——来自财税、法律与公共管理的视角"。15名中外学者分享了在政府采购、数字经济税收原则、税收政策、共享经济税收问题、区块链技术应用、专利政策、国际税收、社会保障、城市治理等领域的研究成果,其中既有对国外数字经济与税收政策发展前沿问题的深入探讨,也有对中国财税与公共管理改革实践的成果总结。

On November 15,2019,the 2 nd China-Poland Frontier Forum on Finance and Taxation(2019)was held at the Songjiang Campus of Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance.The theme of the forum is"challenges of digital economy and possible solutions:from public finance,legal,and public administration perspectives".15 Chinese and foreign scholars introduced relevant research results on the topics of government procurement,digital economy taxation principles,taxation policies,sharing economy taxation issues,blockchain technology applications,patent policies,international taxation,social security,and urban governance.Experts analyzed the forefront of the development of foreign digital economy and taxation policies,and summarized the practice of China’s fiscal and taxation and public management reform.
