基于Vickrey拍卖实验的竞争强度对禀赋效应的影响研究

The impact on endowment effect base on the competition intensity of Vickrey auction

摘要 本文通过实验研究方法,探讨了竞争强度对于商品估值中禀赋效应的影响。经济学家们发现,对于同一件商品买方愿意付出的价格(WTP)和卖方愿意接受的价格(WTA)差异非常大。一些实验显示这些差异在Vickrey拍卖中会被减少或消除。然而也有一些实验反驳了这一结果和观点。本文提出了一个叫作"竞争强度"的观点。我们研究发现在竞争强度改变时WTA与WTP的差异随着竞争强度的增大而减少,并分析这些差异的根本原因。 This paper,by experimental research method,discusses whether the competition intensity can affect the endowment effect in the valuation of goods.Economists have observed that there is a highly significant difference between buyers’willingness to pay(WTP)and sellers’willingness to accept(WTA)for the same object.Some Vickrey auction experiments discovered that the disparity may decrease,even disappear over repeated trials.But other experiments refuted this kind of results and perspective.This paper proposes a concept named the"competition intensity".We observe how the disparity changes when the intensity of competition changes and analyze the causes of this disparity by a new method.
