澳大利亚TAFE模式及其对我国职业教育改革的启示 被引量:1

摘要 技术教育是职业教育和高等教育的共同关注点。本文基于澳大利亚TAFE模式的核心——技术教育,围绕TAFE模式的发展历程、基本内容以及对我国职业教育改革的启示等方面展开探索,总结概括出澳大利亚TAFE模式的基本经验:统一规范,打造职业教育世界品牌;政府主投、行业主导,赋予教育机构充分办学自主权;以义务教育为先导,建立一体化的技术教育体系,并针对我国职业教育发展现状与问题,提出相应的对策建议。 Technical education is the common concern of vocational education and higher education.Based on the core of TAFE model in Australia——technical education,this thesis explores the development process,basic content of TAFE model and its enlightenment to China’s vocational education reform,and summarizes the fundamental experience of TAFE model in Australia:unifying norms to build a world brand of vocational education;government investment and industry leadership give educational institutions full autonomy in running schools;taking compulsory education as the forerunner and establishing integrated technical education system.Finally,in view of the current situation and problems of the development of vocational education in China,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
